1. Orders are usually dispatched from the fulfillment center in 48 hours once the order is placed. Orders cannot be cancelled once the item is shipped
2. Orders are not processed during weekends or holidays and some items may be shipped separately (like some CBD products).
4. All U.S. orders will be sent via USPS, UPS, or the most economical service available. 4-7 business days depending upon your geographic location, if an item cannot be shipped because of an item back order we will notify you as soon as possible. We currently do not ship Internationally.
5. Shipping charges will vary depending upon the quantity and weight of your order.
Return Policy
1. The health and safety of our team & customers is our priority.
2. All opened skin care, hair care, CBD, cosmetics, skin care accessories, and supplements items are all non-refundable. If items are broken or damaged due to the manufacturer, you have a 7-day period from the time you receive your order and file return damages.
3. All "SWEET DEALS" items are sold at their lowest price; liquidated, shelf pulls, pre-used (excellent condition) & cannot be restocked. All items in the Sweet Deal category are sold As-Is, "All Sales Are Final". No exchanges or refunds.
4. All returns will be refunded via store credit in the form of a G-Gift Card code, we do not give cash refund. Sign into your account & start the return process for damaged items. Please include photos.
5. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to process your return.
